A firefighter from the Holiday Village (La.) Fire Department emerged from the smoke to return “Scruffy” to his grateful owner.
On January 12, the dog ran into burning the Pineville, La., mobile home to find his owner, who had escaped the flames. Although the home was a total loss, dog and owner were happy to be reunited.
